The group Urban Sketchers Santo André
(USk Santo André) was founded in July 2015 and internationally recognized in January 2018. We are affiliated with USk Brasil and the USk International Movement.
The objective
of USk Santo André is to bring people with an interestin common: occupy public spaces in the city with the practice of drawing(sketch), in the registration of historical and affective heritage, be it material orimmaterial, people, uses and customs.
Like citizens, we are interested in promoting reflection onissues such as personal and collective memory; and valuing and preservingof public assets.
